[Boatanchors] schematic drawing software

Tube Pad is not a drawing program.  It is set of symbols (or palette) that 
can be used in a drawing program by copying from the palette and pasting on 
your work sheet in the drawing program.  The drawing program used is 
Microsoft Paint.
