[Boatanchors] ABC stopping Shortwave broadcast

G'day all 
reading Phil's note I can add some details I posted elsewhere:

As a listener copying ABC from time to time when things of interest happened and using HF, it was pointed out to me that this service will end Jan 2017. ABC thus joins all the other HF broadcasters that gave up, leaving the airwaves to China and other such countries for their propaganda
