This is correct.  I check into a net occasionally that has 3
frequencies chosen and everyone who is a regular knows about them.  At
net time, if the normal frequency is taken, everyone checks the
others.  Chances are good one of them will be clear and we will find
the net there.

None of this is rocket science but it is amazing the number of nets
and informal groups made up of hams who think they own a frequency and
the world will end if they move 10 kc.   Instead of moving to a
prearranged alternate frequency, they sit there and fume, and then
start to deliberately interfere.
