If you are using a Windows operating system, the best DJVU viewer, that I have found, is found at:
http://windjview.sourceforge.net/

There are a number of readers suggested on BAMA.
Is the first one listed in blue "DjVu the only DJVU reader?
I'm leery about clicking on any of them but I need the
Harvey Wells pwr supply schematic only available in djvu format.
