Hi,

My linux boxes have had an application to natively read DJVU files and 
also to print to PDF files for a long time now. "Ocular" is one of 
several. There may be users of other operating systems who don't want to 
hear about linux but I am sure there are other options for Windows users 
by now. Maybe there is a Windows version of the "Ocular" software you 
have mentioned. That is what the OP was asking about.
