Hi Sherry..

.....Bob,

The part of that message where it says "your password is" and then the 
simple password is the password for that list. When we sign up it tells 
us that our password will be sent to us in clear text and to NOT use 
what they call a "high value" password. That is the password Sherry can 
use to go into the account on the list server and change those settings.

The rest of your reply, Bob, is pretty much what I was preparing to send 
along with reassurances that this is not anything she did wrong. Thanks 
for helping. I hope the info about the password has helped, too.
