Long ago (1982) when I was still a young'un, my
 "other" hobby beside ham radio was miniatures wargaming.  
One year, our club ran a Pacific Theater campaign.
I played the IJN Admiral in command of the forces based
at Truk.  We had to name our game "persona" and I became
"Admiral Scratchi Itchiyama."   I was not trying to insult
Japanese;  I picked that in memory of Hashafisti Scratchi.
