[Boatanchors] Collins 516F2 Power Supply Capacitor

Some rail gun people do use banks of 450v electrolytics connected in series.
I think any energy storage caps over 600v are not electrolytic but likely
oil or film (like the one in Bob's photo).
 I'd be happy to see some reference showing that I'm wrong (won't be the
first time)..
