[Boatanchors] Long-term AC voltage monitor

Since we are Boatanchor-ites, I use (used) a chart recorder, (2 channel) left over from meteor scatter monitoring and input IRIG time code on one channel and voltage on the other channel. Unwind chart to see 24 hours of display to realize when in the day the voltage takes excursions.
