[Boatanchors] Long-term AC voltage monitor

I think the op is looking for logging capability. Unless I missed it, I didn't see that in the datasheet of that panel meter.
I have that radio shack multimeter. It is quite nice as meters go. I haven't played with the PC interface. My unit came with a USB cable and software that will do the logging. As I said, I haven't tried that yet, but I am sure it would be fine for the OP.

Good afternoon, Dan.
This is exactly what I need, thanks!
And yet, on the Radio Shaft web page for this device, not a word about PC interface capability, or maximum-minimum value storage over time, two features that I would have thought they'd yell from the rooftops. You have to drill down into the PDF of their user manual to find out about it.
For fun, look at page 5 of 15 of the PDF manual for this device (manual page 8). Somebody certainly wasn't paying ANY attention when they did the PDF of this manual. So much for quality control...
They even have one in my not-so-local store (the local store closed a few months ago... gee, wonder why?). Will probably go over later this afternoon and get one.

Radio Schlock makes a pretty good multimeter which has a PC interface. I have used it to do long-term monitoring of my AC line.
