Here is an appealing site with lots of material on Class E power amplifiers
for HF work: http://www.classeradio.com/

He has parts for sale at very modest prices (e.g. the FQA11N90 MOSFET
for $4, also the more-or-less-essential driver ICs).

No personal experience with this and no financial interest.
