Hi Dave,

I haven't had enough coffee yet but I whizzed up a reciprocal for 7
million cps and came up very close to 15 nanoseconds. Did I get the
decimal in the wrong place in my early morning staggering stupor? This
thing would be at the upper limit at the bottom of the 40 meter band?

There are people who use these power mosfets on the HF bands in those
newer modes (new to hams) so it must be possible without blowing away
the entire treasury. I am just getting ready to review the material I
have and I just bought a few power mosfets to torture.

73,

Bill KU8H
