I’m nearly 68, been on FB since they opened it up to non-students several years ago. My experiences have been nothing but positive. Got reacquainted with several old friends and made a lot of new ones. There are so many interest groups there you won’t believe it. Just search about anything you can imagine and there’s probably a group there. I even set up and moderate a page for our DX club- NODXA. I think for many of you it’s the fear of the unknown. If you don’t want to use your full name you can alter it a bit. My daughter just uses her first and middle name-no last name. She posts occasional family photos and doesn’t want her full ID there. You can also add your call letters on the opening page. Ignore FB, hate it, whatever- it’s your loss…
