In addition to the other suggestions, I offer mine: listen to code while you
are driving. The W1AW CW broadcasts are useful, and I have found K6DBG's
streaming CW server at http://cw.dimebank.com:8080/ to be *EXTREMELY* useful.
It provides multiple speeds.
If you don't have a smartphone or tablet, you can record to cassette while
you're home, and play the cassette in the vehicle.
