[Boatanchors] Relearning Code

Wow must have been in a time meld .. I'd like to play around with QRP
designs, and restore a small setup based on say the ARC-5's

I got up to 15 wpm but could never get past it, my brain was also still
processing each character at a time.

It hasn't been 45 years but darn close :-)
