[Boatanchors] Searching for HC500F Solitron rectifier cartridges or equiv

Unless you are trying for the "original look",  may I suggest replacing 
the old Solitron devices with new 1N4007 silicon diodes, which will 
likely last forever. The Solitron devices were, if memory serves 
correctly, were rated at 500 mA and 600 volts (might have been 400 volts).
