Hi Dave,

My 1986 Motorola device selection guide has (bipolar, 30MHz
use, Vcc=28V, 25W PEP/CW):

MRF401
MRF426
MRF426A

There are others for different output powers and for Vcc=50V.

Perhaps some of these are still available?
