This is boatanchor related; honest.

2SD882 works well in low-power transmitter PAs
with Vcc of 12 volts.  Vceo max is 30 Volts.

Can someone suggest a device with similar gain that one 
could use in a similar circuit with a Vcc of 24-28 Volts?
