Hi rick,
I didn't see any update on your link from what I saw in your first posting?
Here is a link to the Kenwood tl922 amp. On page 8 they show the metering
circuit. That will give you some help.
Also look in some of the latter handbooks for a circuit on the 8877
amplifier or something similar. They usually show the metering that we are
talking about.
