No reason to fret Dave. Members like to banter the topic of old and new
stuff, pros and cons, etc. It's probably a lot better to bring it out
rather then having it fester in one's brain. I'm sure there are many of
us that have embraced the "new stuff" and some have even integrated the
new stuff with some of the old stuff. It's a great way to keep one's mind
active as they age while learning and using a new technology especially
if you can integrate some of it into existing or older technology.
To answer your question, no B/W television (only HD flat screens), never
cooked or owned a wood stove, and never hitchhiked. However, I still own
a working 1983 HP Touch-Screen Computer that has a green and black
monitor screen. 30 years later, touch screen computers are back in vogue.
