I ran into that when ordering small parts for my Tandem bicycle. When they said shipping was going to be $20 for a box of parts that weighed less than a pound and was 6" square I told them never mind I would buy my parts elsewhere they offered free shipping if I would place the order. So I paced the order and two days later the parts arrived.
