[Boatanchors] removing Hallicrafters SX28 from cabinet

I have removed all 8 screws holding the front panel of my SX28 and two small screws in the chassis at the rear of the receiver.

I have tried to pull the SX28 out of the cabinet, but the chassis only moves about i/8 inch. I have placed the rcvr face down and tried to lift the cabinet off the chassis to no avail. I have tried to remove the cabinet with the receiver on its' end and face down. I am missing something because I can't get the cabinet off the receiver.  Anyone have an SX28 and know how to remove the cabinet> Thanks and 73, John, K5PGW
