[Boatanchors] Heathkit SBA-1400-4 power supply connector needed

On the pre-wired factory power cord for this supply is an NTK connector, like aJone connector, female cable mount, 3/16" spade terminals, with this pattern:

Inspection of the insides of the unit suggests Yaesu manufacture.  What I amtrying to find is a male cable mount plug for this.  If anyone has "been there,done that" and can advise source, please QSL.
