[Boatanchors] KRM Variable Transformer

The latest happening was this morning. Yesterday, I was using it on my
75S-3 receiver. When I shut down, I turned the variac off with its
switch. It has a switch and voltmeter. I did not turn off the
receiver. When I turned the variac on this morning, the fuse blew. I
don't think the current inrush of the receiver would be that great. I
have only 1 fuse left but will try turning on the variac with no load.
These fuses don't seem to be the easiest to find in my area.

I don't have a milliohm meter.
