[Boatanchors] multi conductor cable needed

Anixter also has same type wire in 1kv insulation and others in much higher
voltage but unless you have a grounded metal shell in close proximity to a
wire the 600 v is adequate for many ham purposes because the breakdown
between two 600v insulated wires is really total of 1200v.
Most rotor cable and general purpose control cable found laying about is
probably only 300v wire---at best.
If I ever had one hv lead I was really concerned about I'd just teflon
sleeve it with sleeving from McMaster Carr
Also, just for fun, white pvc insulated can be color striped with permanent
markers. If you twist the wire with your vs drill then run the marker down
the length it will look "store bought" when it relaxes from the twist
