[Boatanchors] A short Vent

It's part of the plastification and slopbucketization of AM.  full
disclosure:  I operate a plastic radio and leenyar on AM for
transmitting, but I zero beat the other guy and ignore the display on
the plastic radio.  There's something anal about having to be on N.000
or N+5.000
This behavior doesn't seem to affect CW ops.  It comes from modern rigs and SSB.
