[Boatanchors] Oscilloscope Recommendations

I've delt with HGR before. No complaints and good packaging, many times FIP.
This is only a 465 and I'd hold out for a 465B. Saying that. Looking at the
condition in the pictures I'd offer $50. They have only turned down one
offer I've made out of around 5.
BTW if you do get a 465 and it doesn't have its snap on cover I might be
able to find one. Other then wanting one if you carry the scope around a
lot, the are a PITA
to take off and put back on.
