[Boatanchors] Oscilloscope Recommendations

Thanks to all who responded. 
I have been looking on Ebay (at the moment my only source 
for research and/or a possible purchase) at the Tec 465B scopes. 
That scope looks like it would more than take care of my needs. 
(In fact it looks a bit intimidating to me...my last scope use was 
with the little RCA WO-55 I think it was....a small, minimum job) 
The prices are generally from low/mid $200 to upper $300s. Most don't 
have probes, manuals or other accrs. Some of the lower priced 
ones have only been cked for 'power on'. Some of the ones in the 
upper $300s may have probes and other accrs.....front cover, manual, etc. 
A few offer free shipping. Anyway, these prices seem, to me to be a 
bit pricey for what I think I need. However, this may be the general 
price range....any comments re the prices. Frankly I am looking one that 
is working properly, with probes, manual, etc...no fixer-uppers. Are 
probes available? I see the manuals on Ebay. 
  
Another question is what AC/DC voltage range will it safely measure?
