[Boatanchors] Oscilloscope Recommendations

Bill, there are plenty of good scopes out there that won't break the 
bank. The Tek 465 is a classic, and they can sometimes be had cheaply.

I have a Rigol DS1052E, which is a compact 50MHz digital scope. There 
are other, higher performing models. They can be had for $300-400. 
Through a software hack some of them can be switched to 100MHz 
bandwidth.
