[Boatanchors] Resistor Size

Generally, resistors have gone down in size over the years. This is due to
materials of higher thermal conductivity (leading to better heat dissipation),
that can also withstand a higher operating temperature.
Specifically to this query, I would check the part against the size spec. just
to make sure you got tha correct part.
