[Boatanchors] Mysterious List Removal

For all of you who experienced being suddenly removed from this list, here 
is the story from the Owner, Scott, KA9FOX.

Yahoo made a change that effectively broke

all mailing lists. George made some changes to Mailman to accommodate the

new changes at Yahoo, so if your user resubscribes, they should stay

subscribed now.
