In some places incandescent light bulbs have already been illegal for 
some time and in those places are marketed instead as heating elements - 
which is perfectly legal. Buy them at the farm store to keep your baby 
chicks and other poultry warm and safe. You do know how to raise chicks 
into laying hens and fryers don't you?
