[Boatanchors] Globe HG-303 Idling Current

My 6146 g=finals that run class AB1 - linear for SSB operation idle at 
~60 mA for a pair. They aren't particularly fussy and I have set them 
down as far as just under 50 mA before I encountered any change in 
tuning at all. A homebrewed 6146 amp used 25-30 mA with a single tube 
for SSB and I ran it cutoff for CW (class C). Setting the bias to allow 
more current apparently won't hurt but it's less efficient.
