[Boatanchors] Globe HG-303 Idling Current

I cannot find, in the HG-303 manual, any reference to a "key up" plate meter reading.  The manual, if you don't have one, is available at:

http://bama.edebris.com/manuals/globe/hg303

The Globe Chief 90 and Globe Chief 90A, which use a pair of 807 tubes in the final amplifier, has a "key up" plate reading of between 20 mA and 30 mA according to the manuals.

However, looking at the manuals of the older WRL / Globe transmitters that have a 6146 in the final, I can't find any reference to a key-up (idling) plate current.

GM all,
Does anyone know, for sure, what the idling current should be?
That's the current, in Operate with the key open. Mine runs about
40ma.
