[Boatanchors] start capacitor

Found the receipt. Bought them in August 2011. Part # 2MDR2, unit price
was $4.70. On line catalog now shows $5.96. Don't remember if I used
these in the Tailtwister, Ham IV, or CD-45. I bought two, so two of these
rotators have these caps.
