Ken any unidentified person around a pedestal will be challenged.  The phone 
company here takes that kind of thing seriously.  There are identifying 
marks on the phone company vehicles around here and if you are not in a 
properly marked vehicle and into a pedestal, someone will ask so you better 
be prepared to present identification.  If you are on my property here for a 
reason like that I will challenge you and put a stop to your activities one 
way or another.
