It is simple.  The majority of the population are SHEEP!

I've used apps on smartphones that not only show which frequency, but 
the ESN, MAC address, and the entire packet.

Breaking one open is as simple as can be.

You set up YOUR device in "promiscuous" mode.

You can dump it all to your SDC ram chip.
