I don't know why I'm stirring this pot, but thanks to smart devices and 
most users willingness to download darn-near anything to their smart 
phone, unauthorized eavesdropping has never been easier. There are so 
many choices,  people need help choosing the "best" one:

Back when cellphones were new it was hard to convince people they were 
really talking over a radio and should watch what they say. Nowadays, a 
sizable portion of the population experiences withdrawal symptoms 
whenever they're separated from a device that can hear and relay every 
word they utter (and sometimes, pictures too).
