[Boatanchors] newbie question

Perhaps not everyone got the memo.

At U.S. Army Signal School at Ft. Monmouth in 1969, we were cautioned to 
beware of "knobdickers," compulsive adjusters. Apparently they're the 
guys who tighten down the loose screws on top of the IF cans.
