[Boatanchors] newbie question

Preston:

      This is hamfest season. You can find a lot of what you need by rummaging around at your local hamfests. The things I'm thinking about are: (1) a working tube tester; (2) VOM, VTVM and/or DMM; (3) RF signal generator; (4) hand tools; and (5) spare tubes.
