[Boatanchors] 1930's era cw transmitter

The best bet would be something like a  TZ20, TZ40, 211, 814 or 809 and drive it with a 
smaller oscillator stage, like a 6AG7 or some other low power tetrode - pentode. Maybe a 
6AG7 isn't old enough.
