[Boatanchors] Micamold Paper Caps

Micamolds came in both mica and paper and they basically appeared 
identical.  There is one dot in the color code that told whether it was 
paper or mica.  On the 6 dot RMA color code, a black dot is mica and a 
silver dot is paper.  This dot is the upper left hand dot.
