[Boatanchors] Micamold Paper Caps

Micamold was the company name.  They made a lot of perfectly legitimate, 
for the time, mica caps.  Then somebody asked for 0.1 uF units, paper 
was the only reasonable answer.  Hardly anybody's paper caps from the 
1940's lasted very long.
