[Boatanchors] Micamold Paper Caps

The BC-342 is full of black Micamolds in hard-to-reach places, such as inside the IF cans and inside the RF boxes under the chassis. Some variants of the BC-348 are full of them, too.

With those black Micamolds, the only question is whether they're shorted or just leaky.
