[Boatanchors] Micamold Paper Caps

The SCR-522 also had a bunch of caps in it that looked like mica and  
were called out as micas in the manual but were sure full of paper!    
The SCR-284 is full of micamolds too but I've successfully gotten away  
with leaving them in place on the low voltage filament circuits.
