[Boatanchors] BC-342 front panel removal

Hi Bill,

At present I am trying to remove the front panel. As far as I can tell, I
have
removed all the retaining hardware except for the vernier control shaft.

This seems to be retained in the front panel somehow. It is not clear
to me whether the front panel can be removed without removing the
tapered pin that holds the vernier shaft in place.

Do you recall how this goes together?
