[Boatanchors] LORAN A Revisited

I have yet to have any of those issues.

Jamming and spoofing are jumped on super quick, and rarely occur.

I haven't seen the interference either.

Attenuation due to foliage hasn't been seen by myself and others that 
use the same devices I do.
