[Boatanchors] reduce power on ranger

Has anyone mentioned a power attenuator that E.F. Johnson offered?  Just an 
idea!

Two connections:  one to the output of the Ranger and the other to the input 
of the amplifier.

A wonderful late E.F. Johnson catalog can be found on the Internet.  See

How about just moving the connections to the plates of the 5R4 HV
rectifier down to the taps on the on T1 that feed the 6AX5 LV
rectifier.  Might have to adjust  the screen voltage tap on R23 up a
bit as well to get things working right at the lower voltage.
