[Boatanchors] reduce power on ranger

If you try to reduce too much power you start messing with impedances and, 
as a result maybe poor audio or reduced harmonic suppression in the tank. 
The best way most people scream about is a pad.  That is why Johnson 
provided them.

For any Linear amp, what Bob says is the best thing, but don't overdrive 
them with audio.  Get a monitor scope of some kind when you do this and 
watch your waveform.
