[Boatanchors] 300 0hm dummy load

I did like this for 50 ohms back in the 70's. It think is was for 150 or
200 watts. Two copper clad boards, graph paper to mark the holes for
drilling, and a bag of 2 watt carbon resistors.  Mounted a coax connector
on top of one board. Drilled a clearance hole for the center pin with
stiff wire down to the opposite board. Didn't want to mess with mineral
oil so just glued 4 rubber feet to the bottom board.  I has an active
place on my work bench even today.
